Have you felt beat down, crushed, over-powered, re-pressed,depressed or suppressed? God has a wonderful, form-fitting plan for your life. You can Become more than a conqueror when you are faced with the obstacles of life when you have a growing relationship with Christ. 
There's nothing like having a sister, a mother or a girlfriend to walk with you through your life's ups and downs: someone who can be there for you when you need a friend, a confidant, someone to celebrate with or a prayer partner. No one understands and can relate to a woman's spirit like another woman. 
There will be lessons from the bible that will be interpreted in contemporary language that will be real and relevant to your situation. We'll see how much we have in common with the "good and bad" people of the bible, and how their experiences can be powerfully instructive to us today. 
Watch your attitude and behavior become more like Christ when you intentionally focus on your spiritual life, your relationship with others, and the things you do to grow spiritually. You'll begin to think with the mind of Christ and your behavior will become more consistent with your beliefs as you learn to apply what you know about Christ to your everyday living. Spiritual formation is a life long process that we can accelerate through purposeful Bible study, scriptural memorization, self-affirmations, reflective thinking, prayer, journaling and group study.
